Acme Solar Holdings Q1 Results: Acme Solar Holdings has reported a rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 131 crore for the quarter ended June 2025 (Q1 FY26), up from Rs 1 crore in the same period last year.

According to the company, the jump in profit was driven by higher revenues and operational improvements.

The company’s total revenue stood at Rs 584 crore in Q1 FY26, a 72 per cent increase compared to Rs 340 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Its total operational capacity rose to 2,890 MW, an increase of 115.7 per cent year-on-year. The company’s under-construction portfolio stands at 4,080 MW, in addition to 550 MWh of standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity.

Acme also signed new Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for 250 MW of firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE), 300 MW of solar capacity, and 550 MWh of BESS, securing over 55 per cent of its under-construction capacity under signed agreements.

Power generation for the quarter reached 1,636 million units (MUs), more than doubling from the 790 MUs generated in Q1 FY25. However, while generation grew sharply, the Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF) showed only a modest increase, rising from 27 per cent in Q1 FY25 to 28.5 per cent in Q1 FY26

Moreover, while profitability improved, the company did not provide detailed data on cost pressures or expenses.

Acme Solar Holdings Ltd is a renewable energy firm with a growing portfolio spanning solar, wind, hybrid, battery storage, and FDRE projects across India.
