Adial Pharmaceuticals files to register resale of 6.7M shares from warrant conversions

Adial Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ADIL) is registering up to 6.73M shares of common stock for resale by certain selling stockholders.
The shares include over 6.5M issuable from Series B-1 and C-1 warrant exercises and about 223,000 from "Tail Fee Warrants" issued to H.C. Wainwright designees.
Adial will not receive proceeds from resale of the shares but will benefit from any cash warrant exercises.
ADIL shares up 3.2% post-market on Friday.
