All Time Plastics IPO Allotment Announced: The share allotment for All Time Plastics’ initial public offering (IPO) was finalised on Tuesday, August 12.

Investors who applied for the issue, which ran from August 7 to August 11, 2025, can now check their allotment status online via the websites of NSE, BSE or the official registrar--Kfin Technologies. The company’s shares are scheduled to list on both NSE and BSE on August 14, 2025.

Rs 400-crore book-built IPO of All Time Plastics consists of a fresh issue of 1.02 crore shares aggregating to Rs 280 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.44 crore shares worth Rs 120.60 crore.

The price band was set at Rs 260–275 per share, with a minimum application size of 54 shares (Rs 14,040 for retail investors at the upper band). Intensive Fiscal Services acted as the book-running lead manager, and Kfin Technologies is the registrar.

All Time Plastics IPO subscription update

The IPO was subscribed 8.62 times overall. The retail investor portion saw 5.36 times subscription, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) 10.30 times, and non-institutional investors (NIIs) 14.01 times.

Fund utilisation

The company plans to use the net proceeds for prepayment or repayment of certain borrowings, purchase of equipment and machinery for its Manekpur facility, and general corporate purposes.

Financial performance

In FY 2025, it posted revenue of Rs 559.24 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 47.29 crore, up from Rs 515.88 crore and Rs 44.79 crore, respectively, in FY24.
