Amylyx announces proposed public offering of common stock

Amylyx Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:AMLX) on Tuesday said it has started an underwritten public offering of its common stock, with all shares to be sold by the company.
Company plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 15% additional shares.
