Arbor Realty Trust prices $500M senior notes offering

Loan origination and servicing REIT Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE:ABR) announced on Wednesday the pricing of $500M worth of 7.875% senior notes in a private offering to institutional buyers.

Shares were +0.09% post market to $11.05.
