Aris Mining (NYSE:ARMN) said Monday it agreed to sell its 100%-owned Juby exploration-stage gold project in Ontario and its 25% joint venture stake in the adjacent Knight property to McFarlane Lake Mining (OTCQB:MLMLF) for US$22M.
The deal consists of $10M in cash
