Aviat Networks (NASDAQ:AVNW) said on Wednesday that Michael Connaway will resign as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company to pursue another opportunity outside of the industry.
Andrew Fredrickson, currently Aviat's VP of corporate finance, will assume the role of interim CFO.
