Bad Bunny is thrilled he has Jon Hamm’s support for his Puerto Rico residency, “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí.”

“I saw him there on the casita probably, he was lit,” Bad Bunny, real name Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, told Willie Geist on the Sunday, August 31, episode of Sunday Sitdown. “I’m happy that he went and he had fun.”

Hamm, 54, was spotted attending the rapper’s shows the weekend of August 16 and August17, and from the viral videos it looks like the actor definitely enjoyed himself. The Mad Men star could be seen rocking a floral button-up and a bucket hat as he danced and gestured toward the crowd during the performance.

In another clip, Hamm cheers as a woman nearby dances.

Bad Benny began his residency in Puerto Rico in July 2025.

“This is so far my best experience in music, maybe in life. What is happening right now in San Juan in that arena is something magical,” he told Today. “It’s such a pleasure to show my culture, my country, my land, right there in my house. Like, be with my family every night, sleep at home every night. That’s beautiful. I don’t have to take planes.”

Bad Bunny’s residency is the first of its kind in the country. The show has brought thousands of tourists to the island and generated $200 million.

“We show the best of Puerto Rico, and also the toughest or delicate things about Puerto Rico,” he continued. “And I think that’s the beauty of this show. That it’s very powerful and honest.”

The “Me porto bonito” rapper was born outside San Juan and still calls the country home.

“That’s the beautiful thing. Like, enjoy what I’m doing now, but never forget where that dream start,” he told Today. “Put your energy into something that you really want to and give your best. That is what life is about, to me.”

Hamm isn’t the only famous face who has attended the show. NBA star LeBron James showed up at a performance in July, and Bad Bunny was joined onstage by Spanish singer Belinda during an August 24 show. While the relationship between Bad Bunny and Belinda isn’t exactly clear, the rapper has long professed his admiration for the singer, who grew up in Mexico City.

As for Hamm, the actor was caught enjoying the show in a video shared by Today.com’s Executive Editor Arianna Davis. “Juan Jamón is an icon 😂,” she captioned the clip, shared via Instagram August 19.
