Beach Cities Commercial Bank (OTCQB:BCCB) has announced a leadership change following the departure of President Jeffrey Redeker on June 10, 2025, and CEO H. Kent Falk's resignation effective June 30, 2025.
In response, board of directors Chairman Frank Ford and Vice Chair Angela Bienert initially assumed oversight via the Executive Oversight Committee.
Effective June 18, 2025, the Executive Oversight Committee is composed of Bienert and Bank Board Director Jim Riskas, who will manage the bank's daily responsibilities while the search for a new President and CEO is underway.
