Big Brother's Bayleigh Dayton Shares Before and After of 'Subtle' Nose Job

Big Brother alum Bayleigh Dayton is recovering from a rhinoplasty.

“My nose is not ugly. It’s a very cute nose,” Bayleigh, 32, said in a Saturday, July 19, TikTok video. “I’m going to go in and add a little bit of definition here, break and shave these bones just so I can have a register here [on the bridge]. Hopefully, that will allow me to breathe a little bit better.”

The reality TV alum noted in her caption that she recently underwent a closed ethnic rhinoplasty, where a plastic surgeon elevates the bone, cartilage and tissue through the nostrils to avoid visible scarring.

At the end of Bayleigh’s social media video, she revealed her post-op results.

“Two days until my cast comes off, and I’m already feeling like I’m gonna like it,” she quipped. “I feel like there’s no way I can’t like it. Like, how could we not?”

Once Bayleigh had the cast removed, she gushed that “three months later” she wholeheartedly approves of the results.

Bayleigh’s social media followers flooded the comments sections, praising her new look.

“OMG it looks so good,” one user wrote. “It is not overdone. It looks natural.”

In response, Bayleigh gushed that her physician was “very subtle” in his technique.

“I love it!” she stated, later adding that she was initially “so nervous, but he did good.”

Bayleigh continued, “I feel like it just enhanced [my nose] sooo nicely without making me look like a new human!”

The former Big Brother houseguest previously underwent a breast reduction in 2024.

“I finally got the surgery I have been wanting for years. I’ve always had a larger chest, but after having two babies and breast-feeding those said babies, my breasts were just too much for me to handle,” she said in a June 2024 TikTok video. “Honestly, I didn’t need too much (Thank the lord), so we went with a breast reduction and some lip in the back/flank area to frame my body, as well as lip in the back of my arms.”

Bayleigh got her “mommy makeover” after welcoming daughter Alora and son Christopher with husband Chris “Swaggy C” Williams in September 2022 and January 2024, respectively.
