Birkenstock (NYSE:BIRK) has announced a secondary public offering of 15.69M ordinary shares, all to be sold by shareholder BK LC Lux MidCo, affiliated with L Catterton.
The selling shareholder has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.8M
