Boardwalk REIT reports lower same property portfolio occupancy in July

Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust (BEI.UN:CA) announced on Monday same property portfolio occupancy of 97.7% for July, down marginally from 97.8% in June and 98.6% in July 2024.

As part of an accretive capital upcycling, Boardwalk finalized the disposition of Imperial Tower community for $28.75M in July.

The sale is anticipated to close in August.

Additionally, the company announced the acquisition of three-community portfolio in Saskatchewan for $71.1M. The off-market transaction is expected to close this month.
