Brand Engagement Network appoints Janine Grasso as interim CEO

Brand Engagement Network (NASDAQ:BNAI) on Tuesday said Janine Grasso has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer, replacing Paul Chang, effective immediately.
She will continue serving on the Board of Directors, where she has contributed since February 2024, most recently as Chair of the Compensation Committee.
In addition to the leadership transition, BEN said it has reduced its total liabilities by $4.25 million in the second quarter.
