Brasnova Energy Materials (TSXV:BEM:CA) announced a non-brokered private placement for up to $1M in gross proceeds.
The financing will offer up to 5M units, priced at $0.20/unit.
Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.30 for 36 months.
Warrants may be accelerated if shares trade at or above $1.00 for 10 consecutive trading days.
All issued securities will be subject to a four-month hold period.
Funds raised will support project payments, development, and working capital.
