BuildDirect announces private placement of up to C$7 million

BuildDirect.com Technologies (TSXV:BILD:CA) announced on Friday a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,100,000 common shares at C$1.15 per common share for total gross proceeds of up to C$7 million.
The company will use the net proceeds from the offering to continue to advance BuildDirect's growth strategy and for general working capital purposes.
The company said its three largest shareholders - Pelecanus Investments, Lyra Growth Partners and Beedie Investments - will participate in the offering.
BILD:CA closed +1.93% at $1.58.
