Cabinet meeting press briefing at 3 pm; here's what you can expect

A meeting of the Union Cabinet -- chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi -- was underway on Tuesday afternoon.

According to sources, a number of proposals were in consideration for this meeting, including a Lucknow Metro Line expansion project, four new semiconductor factories including two in Odisha and one in Andhra Pradesh, and an Indian Institute of Management in Guwahati, according to sources. 

A press briefing, from National Media Centre in the national capital, is scheduled at 3 pm.
