Several stars are taking the next step in their relationship in 2025 by making things official with their significant other. Days after the New Year, Zendaya sparked engagement speculation when she was spotted on the 2025 Golden Globes red carpet with a ring on her left hand. One day later, a source confirmed to Us Weekly that her boyfriend, Tom Holland, had popped the question nearly 10 years after meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016. Travis Kelce, meanwhile, surprised fans in August when he popped the question to Taylor Swift after two years of dating. Plus, former Good Morning America cohosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes announced their engagement on October 14. That same month, Rudy Mancuso proposed to Riverdale alum Camila Mendes after three years of dating. Us Weekly confirmed on October 25 that Rudy Mancuso proposed to Riverdale alum Camila Mendes the evening before. They celebrated the happy news with their loved ones at a surprise party in Los Angeles.

The Bachelor season 28 alum announced on October 20 that she and her boyfriend got engaged in Tuscany, Italy.

“Love you forever❣️,” she wrote via Instagram alongside snaps from the proposal. 

The Magic Mike actor announced his engagement to girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor in a post via Instagram on October 17, implying they actually got engaged months earlier.

“💍 June 24th, 2025 💍,” the caption read.

Country star Ruston Kelly, who was previously married to Kacey Musgraves, announced his engagement to girlfriend Tia Cubelic on October 15.

“Backstage at the @opry last month me and my best bud became best buds who are getting MARRIED,” Kelly wrote via Instagram.

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes announced their engagement three years after their romance first made headlines in 2022. 

“We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now,” Robach said during the October 14 episode of their “Amy & T.J.” podcast. “We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now.”

Robach and Holmes were first spotted together in November 2022 while they were both married to other people. (They have since both finalized divorces from exes Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, respectively.) Us confirmed in December 2022 that the pair were “out” of GMA3 amid their alleged cheating scandal. However, one year later, Robach and Holmes claimed on their podcast that they had both been separated from their spouses when their relationship began.

The Golden Bachelor's Gerry Turner shared the news on October 3 that he’d popped the question to Lana Sutton. “We’ve got BIG news,” he wrote via an Instagram post. “The Golden Bachelor is OFF the market. I found my perfect match and she said ‘YES’. I Love this woman.”

Aurora Culpo announced via Instagram on October 1 that her boyfriend, Zac, whose last name has not been revealed, proposed while in Paris. “Said YES in The city of love!! 🇫🇷❤️💍,” the model captioned the engagement snaps.

Zoey Deutch announced on September 28 that Jimmy Tatro, her boyfriend of four years, proposed.

"Three months engaged to the love of my life," she wrote via Instagram. 

Former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson announced her engagement to her longtime love Zion Foster on Friday, September 26.

“Just got engaged to my best friend 🥹💍,” Nelson, 34, captioned an Instagram photo of her and Foster’s sunset beach proposal. In the snap, Nelson can be seen flashing her engagement ring while Foster kisses her on the cheek.

Nelson and Foster became first-time parents to twin daughters Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster in May. Nelson gave birth to the twins early amid complications from a high-risk pregnancy, followed by a three-week stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Nelson and Foster brought their babies home for the first time in June.

Music producer Finneas proposed to longtime girlfriend Claudia Sulewski after seven years of dating.

“Forever and ever 9.22,” the pair wrote in a joint Instagram caption on September 24 alongside several snaps from the couple’s engagement.  

Siesta Key alum Sam Logan proposed to his girlfriend, Katie Canham, in front of an airplane and dozens of pink roses.

“Best day/surprise of my life,” Canham wrote via her Instagram Story on September 15, offering fans a first look at her engagement ring. “Ladies, when your bf tells you to get ready and change, LISTEN.”

Reba McEntire and Rex Linn got engaged in September 2025 after five years of dating.

Model Elsa Hock confirmed her engagement with Tom Daly via Instagram on September 10.

“I said yessss 💍 in a Swedish wildflower garden, in our new apartment in the city we met,” Hock wrote via Instagram. “10 years in, you and me baby.” 

Daniel Neeson, the youngest son of Liam Neeson proposed to Natalie Ackerman, his girlfriend of eight years on September 6, as reported by People the following day. 

Daniel, whose mother is the late Natasha Richardson, popped the question on a New York City sailboat cruise before telling the outlet about his plans to settle down with his “best friend.” (Richardson died in 2009 at the age of 45 after a skiing accident.) 

Photos of the moment captured the pair’s magical offshore moment. “I could write novels on why I love Natalie, but there’s something deeper, something so cosmic about our relationship that I know we’re meant to be in this universe together,” said Daniel, who is the younger brother of Neeson’s other son with Richardson, Micheál.

Love Island U.K. winners Molly Smith and Tom Clare announced their engagement while on vacation in Dubai on September 4. Tom put together an elaborate proposal that included popping the question on a rose petal-lined walkway in front of a giant heart-shaped bouquet of white roses.

Tom beamed via Instagram: “SHE SAID YES!!!”

Molly and Tom originally competed on different seasons of Love Island U.K. — seasons 6 and 9, respectively — before falling for each other and winning the first-ever Love Island All Stars in 2024. Many Love Island favorites congratulated the couple on their engagement.

“OMG!!!!!! The most gorge couple!!! Congratulations,” Love Island season 8 contestant Tasha Ghouri wrote to Molly and Tom.

Tom’s Love Island All Stars wingman, Casey O'Gorman, added: “Congratulations to my brother and his QUEEN!!! 🥹🤍now to start writing the greatest best man speech of all time!”

“SCREAMING 😭 my favourite people you deserve every happiness in the world!!!! Love you ❤️❤️❤️ BRING ON THE HEN [party],” Tom’s sister, influencer Laura Clare, chimed in.

“Sofia With an F” podcast host Sofia Franklyn announced her engagement via Instagram on September 1.

“The OG man-eater is engaged,” she captioned a series of proposal photos, without confirming her fiancé’s identity.

Bachelor and Bachelorette alums Jess Edwards and Spencer Conley got engaged on the season 10 finale of Bachelor in Paradise, which aired on September 2. 

“I got to talk to her parents — that was a huge thing for me. I’m like, ‘I’m absolutely not [proposing] until I at least talk to her dad. Like, I would love to be able to see her dad in person, but I’m not getting down on one knee unless I talk to her dad at a bare minimum,'” Spencer told Us. “And so we had those conversations, and the whole time throughout Paradise, I wanted to move at her pace. I know how hard and rare it is to find someone like her, and I’ve never met anyone like her that I’ve had a connection with, literally, right off the bat. She was just so familiar and welcoming and felt like a slice of home in Costa Rica.”

Prince Jackson, Michael Jackson’s eldest son, announced his engagement to Molly Schirmangm, his college sweetheart, via Instagram on August 26. 

“8 years down ♾️ to go. Molly and I have spent a lot of time together and made incredible memories. We’ve traveled the world, graduated and grown so much together,” he captioned a carousel of their photos together through the years. “I’m excited for this next chapter in our lives as we continue to grow and make great memories. I love you babs 😘.”

The first photo in the post showed Prince and Schirmang sharing a kiss in a park as she rested her hand on his chest to show off her engagement ring. 

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wrote in a joint Instagram announcement on August 26.

Former Bachelor season 29 contestant Chloie Costello announced her engagement to Hutch Hershberger via Instagram on August 25. “matching pj’s for the rest of our lives :)” she captioned the post, alongside a carousel of images of the couple and Costello’s ring.

Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo got engaged to his long-term partner, Georgina Rodriguez, in August. 

“Yes I do,” Rodríguez wrote via Instagram, sharing a picture of her massive engagement ring. “In this and in all my lives.”

Ronaldo and Rodríguez began dating in January 2007.

Stranger Things actor Mason Dye got engaged to corporate executive Carmen Joiner on Valentine's Day — but kept the proposal news quiet until August. According to People, they’re planning a big wedding for the summer of 2026, on their fifth anniversary of dating.

Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton and Jade Jones announced their engagement via Instagram in a joint post published on July 28. In the first photo, Haliburton kneeled in front of Jones, who was holding her face in happiness. “The place where our story started, and where our next chapter begins❤️💍,” Haliburton captioned the post. “Future Mrs. What the Hali 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭,” Jones commented.

Just two months after they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2025 American Music Awards, musician Zac Brown and jewelry designer Kendra Scott announced their engagement.

"We are so happy and grateful that we found each other," Brown, 46, and Scott, 51, told People on July 24.

You actress Victoria Pedretti and photographer Ethan DeLorenzo announced their engagement on July 21. “It’s no secret we are deeply in love and that we are engaged,” the duo wrote in a joint Instagram post. The announcement featured several sweet photos of the couple, including one where their feet were visible as they took in the view during a scenic hike. 

Natalie Kuckenberg confirmed on July 19 that Paul Wesley proposed after three years of dating.

“Yes 🤍,” Kuckenburg wrote via Instagram, sharing a photo of her oval engagement ring. “Always and forever.”

Influencer Paige Lorenze and tennis pro Tommy Paul got engaged in Nantucket, Massachusetts, on July 13 and announced the news via Instagram, sharing photos of themselves hugging on the beach and showing off the YouTuber’s diamond ring. “Forever 🤍,” the caption read.

Bachelor alum Becca Tilley and singer Hayley Kiyoko got engaged over the summer during a tropical vacation.

“My dream girl said yes to forever…” Kiyoko wrote via Instagram on July 10 with photos from the romantic moment.

In the announcement, fans also received a first look at Tilley’s new engagement ring from Ring Concierge.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold announced on July 7 that he proposed to longtime girlfriend Katie Hoofnagle over the 4th of July weekend in Dana Point, California.

The Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson proposed to Kelly Osbourne, one of the daughters of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, backstage after Ozzy's Black Sabbath concert on July 5.

"Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson said, per social media footage. “Nothing would make me happier than spending the rest of my life with you. In front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?”

“Throughout it all, it was always you. I just had to find you. I love you,” Peter Kraus, who was a runner-up on Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, wrote on July 4 alongside photos from his proposal to Hana Ostapchuk. “Words cannot express the love and happiness we feel. Last night was truly magical and only possible because of an amazing support system of incredible people in our lives! We are so thankful.”

Minnesota Vikings linebacker Ivan Pace Jr. and McKenzie Paige announced their engagement on June 26.

“Today, tomorrow, forever… together is my favorite place to be,” Paige shared via Instagram. “Loving you has been the most natural, unexpected, and extraordinary thing I’ve ever known. You are my greatest adventure, my safest place, and the love I never saw coming but always needed. Cheers to forever!”

1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton subtly revealed that she and Andrea Dalton were engaged during a June 24 appearance on the “A Creative Chaos” podcast. After referring to Dalton as her “fianceé,” Slaton showed off her diamond ring for the camera. 

Jussie Smollett and boyfriend Jabari Redd announced their engagement on June 20.

“I’ll be spending my birthday with my fiancé,” Smollett wrote via Instagram on Friday, June 20. He said YES 💍.”

Shrinking actor Jason Segel and the So You Think You Can Dance alum Kayla Radomski got engaged on June 16 in a romantic proposal at The Huntington Library in Pasadena, California. Radomski shared a series of photos from the engagement on her Instagram page on June 18, writing, “FOREVER YES.”

“Best day of my life,” she wrote in a subsequent Instagram Story teasing the engagement news. 

The couple dated for two years before Segel popped the question. 

Dua Lipa shared on June 12 that she and Callum Turner are engaged. “It’s very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever — it’s a really special feeling,” she told British Vogue at the time.

"Last night, I asked the love of my life to be mine forever and she said yes," Marco Donatelli wrote about Hannah Wright via Instagram on May 29. "You are my light. My rock. My best friend. My home. I can’t wait to spend forever with you, Hannah."

New York Jets receiver Allen Lazard announced his and Camila Escribens’ engagement via Instagram on May 27, sharing photos from the beach proposal. “Onto the next chapter…💍 05.18.25,” the couple captioned the joint post.

When confirming his engagement, Tyler Norris — who appeared on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise — wrote a love letter to his fiancée Alyssa Sheridan.

“Well I’ve been dreaming of this day since the day I met you. You’re everything I could have ever asked for and more,” he wrote via Instagram on May 13. “How I got so lucky to meet you still doesn’t make sense to me. I love you more than I can explain Lyss, now let’s do this damn thing future Mrs. Norris!”

Sheridan — who appeared on season 9 of The Voice — responded, “I still feel like I’m dreaming.. a life with you is all I’ll ever need ♥️. I love you endlessly babe. Mrs. Norris has a nice ring to it 😘.”

Us broke the news that the Big Time Rush star James Maslow and his long-time girlfriend Caitlin Spears got engaged on May 8 in Italy.

“I wanted this moment to be 100 percent about Caitlin,” Maslow exclusively told Us. “So I booked a trip to the Amalfi Coast for just us, told (almost) nobody and enlisted the help of a random hotel and a few other Italian strangers to pull off a pretty amazing and romantic moment, if I do say so myself.”

"I think 38 just might be my favorite year yet 🎂 ♥️ A couple of weeks ago @stevenakrueger gave me the best gift of all when he asked me to marry him. The privilege of getting older is much sweeter knowing I get to share it with you Steven. Thank you for asking me to dance through life with you," Candice King wrote via Instagram in May, tagging fiancé Steven Kruguer.

Simu Liu and Allison Hsu announced their engagement via Instagram on May 11, sharing photos from a romantic Paris proposal. "Us forever 💍💍💍🤍🤍🤍," read the caption of their joint post. 

Southern Hospitality costars Emmy Sharrett and Will Kulp announced on May 9 that they got engaged days prior after three years of dating. Kulp popped the question while on vacation near Saint-Tropez in the South of France.

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed on May 2 that James Ward proposed to former Playboy model Crystal Hefner on the seaside deck he built on the side of her Hawaii home.

“It truly feels like a full-circle moment. James completely surprised me. He had a hidden staircase and a winding trail cleared to reveal a handcrafted deck perched above a dramatic cliffside overlooking the ocean,” Hefner told Us. “It was the exact spot where we’d had a quiet picnic together a year ago — a place that became ‘ours.’ I had no idea he was secretly turning it into something permanent and symbolic. Haley Cavinder revealed in an April 17 TikTok video that Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson popped the question, flashing her engagement ring on the beach as the couple celebrated. 

Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson followed up the team’s Super Bowl LIX victory by popping the question to his girlfriend Kelsey Kay Holmer. “Lots to celebrate💍🩵,” Holmer captioned Instagram pics from their romantic proposal on April 9.  

Johnson shared the post via his Instagram Story, writing, “NOW WE BOTH HAVE RINGS!💍😍 @KELSEYHOLMER😘.”

Teen Wolf alum and Partner Track star Arden Cho announced her engagement via Instagram on Tuesday, April 8, posting a carousel of photos of herself and her fiancé celebrating their special day.

“Spoiler alert: I said yes! 💍,” she wrote in the caption, though she did not reveal her fiancé’s name. “Life’s wild, love is wilder. He fixes bones 🦴, I tell stories 🎬. He’s the calm to my chaos — the steady hand in my whirlwind life. Thank you for surprising me with the most magical night in my favorite place. 🌺 We found our way to forever, together. 3.31.25”

She then detailed how it all went down, saying her finacé was acting strange as they went through the airport.

“He was nervously smuggling a ring through security like a dorky little spy,” she wrote, before concluding, “Bad actor, but I love him even more for it. ❤️”

Dancing With the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance alum, Lacey Schwimmer, announced her engagement to singer Frankie Moreno, both 36, on Wednesday, March 26. The couple shared a joint post via Instagram, captioning it,“13 years in the making……🥂 to being Mr & Mrs 💍,”

“Miss Understood With Rachel Uchitel” podcast host Rachel Uchitel announced her engagement to Dan Donovan days after her ex Tiger Woods went public with his and Vanessa Trump’s romance.

“So this happened.. 💍💥❤️ #engaged,” Uchitel wrote via Instagram on March 28 with photos of her proposal in Montecito, California.

Eliza Isichei announced on March 26 that her boyfriend, Frido, proposed.

“Forever and a day,” the Bachelor Nation alum captioned Instagram footage.

Isichei was previously engaged to Aaron Bryant, whom she met on Bachelor in Paradise season 9.

Pose star Indya Moore announced their engagement to Elias Acevedo via Instagram on March 26.

“My beloved said yes. 💍,” they wrote in the caption alongside a photo of the couple posed together overlooking a waterfall. “Alhamdulillah. This man lifted me up, and brought me closer to God. Im so grateful. Beyond words. Mashallah, he saved me in ways Im so grateful to not even know the full extent of. Thank you my beloved.”

Olympic track star Gabby Thomas revealed she and longtime boyfriend Spencer McManes were engaged during a March 25 interview with Vogue. 

McManes proposed on the rooftop of an Airbnb the couple rented for a staycation in Austin, Texas, with Thomas' best friend present for the big moment. “That's when I realized, ‘Oh my gosh, this is happening,” she told Vogue.

“WE’RE MOTHERF----- ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!” Harley Quinn Smith, who is the daughter of director and actor Kevin Smith, captioned Instagram pics of her and Austin Zajur’s proposal on March 23. “And it happened at the @farmsanctuary next to Dixon the cow 🥹❤️ I’m so in love with you Austin Zajur.”

After Zajur got down on knee next to the adorable animal, Smith — whose band Cinnamon recently released the music video for their first single, “Star” — cuddled with the cow for pics while flashing her ring.

Jake Paul announced his engagement to Jutta Leerdam via Instagram on March 22. “We’re engaged💍🕊️🤍,” he wrote in a joint post with the Dutch speed skater. “We can’t wait to spend forever together 🥹.”

Broadway stars Eva Noblezada and Reeve Carney, who fell in love while starring as Orpheus and Eurydice in Hadestown, got engaged on March 10. Bachelor in Paradise alum Jessenia Cruz announced on March 14 that her boyfriend, David Arbona, proposed during a trip to the Amalfi Coast.

“We’ve been soaking up our engagement bubble, but it’s finally time to share,” she wrote via Instagram. “Feeling so grateful that I get to spend forever with my best friend and the love of my life. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my days with you.”

Wide receiver DK Metcalf proposed to singer Normani on March 12 — days after news broke he got traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Metcalf subtly revealed the news during his first press conference with the team, which Normani attended.

“She’s right there. Hold that rock up baby,” he teased.

AD Smith and Ollie Sutherland announced their engagement during the Love Is Blind season 8 reunion after meeting on Netflix's Perfect Match. Smith initially appeared on Love Is Blind season 6, while Sutherland previously looked for love on season 1 of Love Is Blind: UK.

Two months after Jacob Batalon’s Spider-Man costars, Holland and Zendaya, announced their engagement, he popped the question to girlfriend Veronica Leahov in front of the New York City skyline. “The beginning of the rest of our lives together❤️‍🔥♾️🔐👸🏼👩🏼‍❤️‍👨🏽🤞🏽🌎,” he captioned Instagram pics from their romantic proposal on March 5.

Leahov wrote that she was excited for a “lifetime of us” in a celebratory Instagram post of her own, adding, “I never imagined my heart could hold so much love and feel such depth of emotion. This is the purest happiness I’ve ever known, and I can’t wait to spend forever with the love of my life!!💍♾️❤️‍🔥.”

Leila Roker, Al Roker and Deborah Roberts’ eldest daughter announced her engagement to Sylvain Gricourt via Instagram on March 2.

“8 years ago, I moved to Paris 🇫🇷, 7 years ago I met my person and best friend 💖, and 2 days ago, that person took me on the most amazing surprise trip to Venice 🇮🇹 to ask me to spend the rest of our lives together 💍,” she captioned the post, which featured several photos of their romantic Italian engagement. Cincinnati Bengals kicker Cade York proposed to his girlfriend, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Zoe Dale, on March 1.

"Still in awe. A story only Jesus Himself could write!!" Dale wrote via Instagram.

RHONJ star Dolores Catania's son Frankie Catania Jr. proposed to his girlfriend, Nicole Perricho, on February 22 at New York City's St. Paul's Cathedral.

NBA star Kyle Kuzma proposed to model Winnie Harlow on February 13. He popped the question aboard a private plane to Turks and Caicos that was decorated with rose petals and balloons. “For a split second in my head I thought, This would be so cute if this was an engagement,” Harlow told Vogue. “But I’m also not the type of person who wants to guess or wants to spoil a surprise. So it just was a fleeting thought in my head.” 

The Milwaukee Bucks player read a poem that ended with "Will you be my wife?" and presented Harlow with an 8.5-carat oval-cut engagement ring that he designed. After they landed, Harlow was surprised to see both of their families already waiting to celebrate with them on the island.

One day after flashing rings at the Cobra Kai series finale premiere in Los Angeles, Tanner Buchanan and Mary Mouser confirmed their romance and engagement status in a joint Instagram post. “We’re so happy to finally share that we’re engaged,” the costars captioned pics of themselves at the event on February 13. “This is such a special moment in our lives, the closing of one chapter and celebrating the continuation of another. We’re so grateful for the love and support, and though we’re partial to having our private moments, we’re excited to share this check-in to our world 🖤.”

One third of the Haim sisters announced she is engaged in a February 13 Instagram selfie. Though Este Haim did not confirm her fiancé’s identity, the musician sported a large diamond ring on her left hand and a T-shirt which read “I’M TAKEN.”

Country singer Lainey Wilson announced her engagement to Devlin 'Duck' Hodges via Instagram on February 12, showing off her ring. "4x4xU forever ❤️," she gushed.

Baylen Out Loud star Baylen Dupree announced her engagement to Colin Dooley on February 11.

“We’re engaged,” Dupree gushed in a social media video, holding up her oval-shaped ring.

Dupree previously told Us Weekly exclusively that Dooley is “like [her] backbone” amid her Tourette syndrome battle.

“Everything that I do, just being around him helps,” she told Us in January. “He understands me somewhat better than I understand myself a little bit, which is kind of the same way for him. I understand him better [than] he knows himself.”

Succession alum Annabelle Dexter-Jones and chef Daniel Humm announced their engagement on February 6, when Humm commissioned a portrait of Dexter-Jones with a ring on that finger.

“When you know, you know. With you it’s been so obvious,” he captioned an Instagram post. “Never did I imagine someone so special would exist, and you have shown me what true love is. Together, we will be on this journey forever on. Love you.”

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley confirmed to People on February 2 that he proposed to Anna Congdon after eight years of dating.

“I can't be the athlete I am and have the success I have [so far] in my career without the help of her,” Barkley told the outlet. “She's been super helpful and always has my back, not only in football but throughout life there's a lot that goes on.”
