City View Green announces share consolidation

City View Green (OTCPK:CVGRF) announced on Monday the company's board of directors has approved and will be undertaking a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of ten pre-Consolidation common shares for one post-consolidation common share.
City View Green expects that the consolidation will provide the company with increased flexibility in structuring and completing financings and potential business transactions.
The company currently has 456.8 million common shares outstanding and accordingly expects 45.68 million common shares to be outstanding on completion of the consolidation.
