CNFinance to implement 1-for-10 reverse ADS split

CNFinance Holdings (NYSE:CNF) will change its ADS ratio from 1 ADS:20 Class A shares to 1 ADS:200 Class A shares.
The change effectively represents a 1-for-10 reverse ADS split for holders of ADSs.
The change is expected to take effect on or around September 5, 2025.
CNF shares down 5.7% post-market on Friday.
