Decade Resources (TSXV:DEC:CA) announced on Wednesday a non-brokered private placement of flow-through shares to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1 million.
The flow-through offering will be composed of up to 33.33 million flow-through units, at a price of $0.03 per
