Dole (NYSE:DOLE) has priced a secondary offering where some of its existing shareholders are selling a total of 11,917,263 ordinary shares for $13.25 per share.
The company itself isn't selling any shares and won't receive any proceeds from the sale.
The offering is set to close on September 5, 2025.
DOLE stock were down 5.50% after-hours on Wednesday.
