Dr Lal PathLabs Dividend: Diagnostic services provider announces Rs 6/share dividend; check out record and payment dates

Diagnostic services provider Dr Lal PathLabs announced its dividend for the first quarter of FY26 ended on June 30, 2025, according to a stock market disclosure.

The company will pay a Rs 6 per share dividend, it said in a regulatory filing.

"Declaration of interim dividend of Rs 6/- per equity share (@ 60% on a face value of Rs 10/- each) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend shall be August 06, 2025," said Lal PathLabs today, July 31 in an official statement.

The record date for the interim dividend will be August 06, 2025. The company will pay the dividend within 30 days of its declaration.

The diagnostic services major also shared its financial results for the June quarter of Financial Year 2026.

Meanwhile, shares of LalPath Labs were trading at Rs 3,113.2 each, up 0.5 per cent or Rs 14.8 each on BSE today, July 31, at 1.42 PM IST.
