Dream Finders Homes announces pricing of $300M senior notes

Dream Finders Homes (NYSE:DFH) announced on Tuesday the pricing of its private offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior unsecured notes due 2030. The 2030 Notes will be sold to investors at a price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.
