Elong Power (NASDAQ:ELPW) has not filed its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
Nasdaq notified the company of non-compliance.
The company has 60 days to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq.
If the plan is accepted, Elong Power could receive an extension until October 17, 2025.
A rejection would allow the company to appeal the decision to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
