Kourtney Kardashian hasn’t shied away from shutting down body-shamers amid pregnancy rumors over the years.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum shares three children — Mason, Penelope and Reign — with ex Scott Disick. Before her October 2021 engagement to Travis Barker, the Poosh founder decided to freeze her eggs.
“I’ve been so up and down emotional because I’ve been doing the shots for the egg freezing,” she said of the process during a December 2018 episode of her family’s E! reality series. “It’s, like, crazy. I feel like I want to jump out of my skin. I’m so crazy, I can’t take it.”
At the time, Kardashian was dating off-on boyfriend Younes Bendjima. Ahead of their 2018 breakup, the California native joked that the boxer was worried her “very emotional” state was about something he did.
“The injections themselves weren’t really a big deal because I have a really high pain tolerance,” she said during the KUWTK episode. “But I think everything was just really heightened. … He thinks everything is about him. So I’m like, ‘No, this has nothing to do with you.'”
Kardashian married Barker in 2022, welcoming their son Rocky the next year.

In January 2020, social media users begged Kourtney to "get pregnant with Younes" after a mirror selfie sparked speculation that she had a little one on the way. When another follower asked point blank whether Kourtney was expecting, she replied, "No I wish."
The reality star opened up about being the subject of pregnancy rumors during an Instagram Live in April 2020, noting at the time that she "didn't take offense" to the online chatter. "I knew that I didn’t look pregnant in my opinion," she explained. "I've been pregnant three times. I know what my body looks like when I'm pregnant. To me, it's very feminine to have curves and I embrace my body."
Earlier that month, Kourtney told fans to "put the blessing out there" after denying baby No. 4 was joining the family.
As body-shamers continued to speculate, Kourtney defended the healthy figure she put on display in a May 2020 swimsuit photo. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," she wrote at the time. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."
"I commented back and said, 'This is the shape of my body. I gained a few pounds over [coronavirus] quarantine time, and I love my body and I'm proud of my shape and I'm obviously posting it and this is the shape of my body.' I don't think I look pregnant at all," the former E! personality said in a May 2020 YouTube video, recalling how she shut down haters. "We're all shaped differently and that's my body and I'm proud of it, so that's how I respond to the negative comments. It's not always easy."
When Kourtney shared an Instagram snap in her closet wearing a black bra with her red dress pulled down around her waist, the August 2021 snap raised eyebrows. "SHES PREGNANT," one user commented, to which Kourtney replied, "I'm a woman with a BODY."
The Hulu star clapped back after showcasing her bikini body via social media in November 2021 when a follower pointed out what seemingly looked like "a preg belly." Kourtney wrote, "Are we really gonna do this every time I post a photo?"
In September 2022, the reality star called out a fan who speculated about a pregnancy in the comments section of a lingerie photo.
The social media user wrote, “Wait a minute did I miss that she’s pregnant?” to which the Poosh founder replied, “Nope, but you’re missing a woman’s body.”
Kourtney clapped back at a social media user in March 2023 who questioned if she was pregnant after her body looked a little fuller in a photo shoot for her Lemme Purr gummies. “[It’s the after affects [sic] of IVF,” she replied, referring to her past attempt to get pregnant. “(I only acknowledge this comment bc I do think it’s important to know how IVF affects women’s bodies and it’s not spoken about much) … also are we still asking women if they’re pregnant? 💛.”
More than one year after welcoming Rocky, Kardashian was hit with speculation that she was expecting again.
"Eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs 🤙🏼," she wrote via Instagram comment in August 2025, denying the claims.
Kardashian's Instagram dump at the time featured a selfie where she posed in a curve-hugging bodysuit.
