While some Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars have been a part of the Bravo hit since season 1 — looking at you, Kyle Richards — others have proved that diamonds aren’t forever.
The sixth installment in the Real Housewives franchise was announced in March 2010 and aired its first season seven months later. At the time, the series starred Kyle, Adrienne Maloof, Kim Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer and Taylor Armstrong.
Over the years, the cast has seen plenty of shake-ups, most notably Lisa’s dramatic exit in June 2019. Us Weekly exclusively confirmed at the time that the restaurateur was not returning to the reality series after nine seasons.
“I made the decision to leave. It was a very difficult year for me, personally and professionally,” she told Us shortly after she skipped the season 9 reunion taping. “I had wonderful things happen this year, opening up TomTom and the cocktail garden in Vegas. The Housewives, it’s just, it’s emotionally too difficult to deal with.”
Speculation that Lisa was exiting the Bravo series began brewing in November 2018 amid rumors that she wasn’t getting along with her costars. Denise Richards — who joined the show for season 9 in 2019 — also experienced some ups and downs with her cast members, Brandi Glanville specifically.

Denise’s rep confirmed in September 2020 that she would not be returning to RHOBH for its 11th season amid her messy feud with Brandi, who claimed that the two women hooked up. (She has repeatedly denied rumors that she cheated on husband Aaron Phypers.)
In the years that followed, some newbies — including Crystal Kung Minkoff and Annemarie Wiley — have entered the fold, but not all of them stuck around for long.

Camille will always be immortalized on RHOBH for her “morally corrupt Faye Resnick” line, but she left her role as full-time Housewife in 2012, after the first two seasons.
Over the years, Camille has made guest appearances on seasons 3, 5-10 and 13. She returned to the Housewives fold for season 5 of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip, which has not yet aired.
Taylor was a full-time Housewife from seasons 1 through 3 and made guest appearances throughout the next three seasons. Taylor — whose husband Russell Armstrong committed suicide — found love again with attorney John Bluher, and the duo tied the knot in April 2014. She frequently shares photos of her life with John and her daughter, Kennedy. Taylor also continues to raise awareness for domestic violence.
Taylor appeared on season 2 of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip, which was filmed at Dorinda Medley’s Berkshires home and aired in 2022. The following year, she returned to the Real Housewives franchise on The Real Housewives of Orange County in a “friend of” role.
Adrienne was a full-time RHOBH cast member from seasons 1 through 3. After leaving the show, her husband, Paul Nassif, filed for divorce in July 2012. The mother of three went on to date younger men, including Rod Stewart’s son Sean Stewart and Jacob Busch of the Anheuser-Busch beer empire. She also returned to the series for guest appearances in seasons 5, 6, 8 and 10.
Following her Bravo days, Adrienne has since made appearances on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and Gown and Out in Beverly Hills.
The self-proclaimed witch left the series in 2014 after only one season, but the drama in her life didn’t stop. She split from her husband David Gebbia after 18 years of marriage in August 2016 and was sued for allegedly attacking her maid in December 2017. Carlton, who shares daughters Destiny and Mysteri and son Cross with David, denied the claims at the time.
Joyce started on season 4 of RHOBH before exiting the series after only one season. The two-time Miss Puerto Rico remained close with Lisa and made an appearance on her spinoff Vanderpump Rules. Joyce, who has two children with husband Michael Ohoven, has had a few hosting gigs and a role in the film Jeepers Creepers 3.
Along with sister Kyle, Kim joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 1. She was a full-time cast member for five seasons before switching to a guest role for seasons 6 and 7. While she did not appear in season 8, she filmed cameos for seasons 9, 10 and 13.
Since leaving the show, Kim has continued to work on maintaining her sobriety. She also announced plans in 2020 for a memoir titled The Whole Truth. It’s unclear whether the memoir is still in the works amid reports that it was scrapped by the publisher.
Kim’s eldest daughter, Brooke, has made her a grandmother by welcoming three kids — Hucksley, Hunter and Sawyer — with husband Thayer Wiederhorn.
Brandi may have briefly put her time on Bravo behind her, but she is still a reality TV staple. Since starring on RHOBH from seasons 2 through 5, Glanville came in fourth on The Celebrity Apprentice, appeared on Famously Single, competed on My Kitchen Rules, played Big Brother twice (on the U.K. version in 2017 and later on the U.S. edition) and appeared on season 1 of Peacock’s The Traitors.
After making cameos in seasons 6 and 9 of RHOBH, Brandi found herself back in the drama while the cast filmed season 10 in 2019. While she was not an official “friend of,” Brandi made several appearances on the season to discuss her alleged hookup with Denise, which she maintained happened during a visit to her movie set in April 2019. (Denise has denied the claims.)
Brandi made headlines again in January 2024 after she was sued by The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Caroline Manzo, who alleged that Brandi kissed her without consent while filming The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip season 5. Brandi has denied her involvement, and the season has yet to air.
Before Gigi and Bella Hadid were household names in the modeling industry, their mom was the famous face in the family. Yolanda joined the cast of RHOBH in season 3 and starred on the Bravo series for three seasons. After exiting the show in 2016, Yolanda focused on getting healthy amid her battle with Lyme disease. She went on to write a book about her journey titled Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease. Her reality TV series about the modeling world, Making a Model With Yolanda Hadid, premiered on Lifetime in January 2018 and was canceled after one season. In 2022, Yolanda appeared as a judge on Holland’s Next Top Model.
After her divorce from David Foster was finalized in October 2017, Yolanda moved on with businessman Joey Jingoli. She became a grandmother in September 2020 when daughter Gigi welcomed her daughter, Khai, with ex Zayn Malik.
Us Weekly confirmed in October 2021 that Zayn was charged with four criminal offenses of harassment following an alleged altercation with Yolanda. She claimed that he called her a “a f–king Dutch slut,” and Zayn publicly denied all allegations. (Zayn eventually pleaded no contest to the charges and received 90 days of probation for each charge.)
The soap opera star joined RHOBH in season 5 and stayed on the series for three seasons before announcing her departure after season 7. She made a guest appearance in seasons 8 and 10.
She continues to star as Ashley Abbott on The Young and the Restless and returned to Days of Our Lives for a series of episodes in 2017. In 2021, she appeared on Peacock’s Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem.
A rep for Denise confirmed in September 2020 that her time on RHOBH had come to an end after two seasons. Her exit came after she was put in the hot seat during the 10th season, which aired from April to September 2020, after Brandi claimed that she had an affair with Denise — who consistently denied the allegations.
Immediately following her departure, Denise made headlines for her “strained” relationship with daughter Sami, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. However, the two have seemingly started to mend their relationship — especially after both launching accounts on OnlyFans.
Denise returned to RHOBH for multiple appearances during season 13, which aired from October 2023 to March 2024. She also starred in a Bravo spinoff with her family titled Denise Richards & Her Wild Things in 2025.
In July 2025, news broke that Denise and Aaron had split after six years of marriage.
While shooting season 9, Lisa stopped filming with her costars after Kyle accused her of leaking a story about Dorit Kemsley’s dog to the press. She officially quit the show in June 2019.
The restaurateur, who skipped the season 9 reunion taping, stars on and executive produces Bravo's Vanderpump Rules. In July 2020, the SUR owner found a home for new series Vanderpump Dogs on NBC's Peacock.
In terms of her businesses, Lisa has closed her famed restaurant Pump and opened multiple new establishments, including the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and Vanderpump à Paris in Las Vegas. Her Wolf by Vanderpump restaurant, located in Lake Tahoe, opened in 2024.
Us confirmed in September 2020 that Teddi, who joined the RHOBH cast in season 8 in 2017, would not be coming back for the 11th season.
Following her departure from the show, Teddi rebranded her “Teddi’s Tea Pod” podcast to launch the “Two T's in a Pod” show with fellow Real Housewives star Tamra Judge. She’s also continued to run the All In by Teddi accountability program while also appearing on the third season of Celebrity Big Brother in 2022 (she was the first houseguest eliminated). Teddi has been candid about her battle with cancer after getting diagnosed with stage II melanoma in October 2022.
Teddi is also a mom to three children shared with husband Edwin Arroyave: daughter Slate, born in 2012, son Cruz, born in 2014, and daughter Dove, born in 2020.
In November 2024, Teddi revealed via Instagram that she had “made the difficult decision to file for divorce” from Arroyave after 13 years of marriage.
“My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter,” she wrote at the time. “Making a public statement is not something I wanted to do, but in an effort to protect my family from undue speculation and rumors, I felt being open, honest and vulnerable was the best path forward.”
Diana was also a one-season wonder, appearing on season 12 and departing the series in January 2023. Since leaving the show, she and husband Asher Monroe welcomed a child together, daughter Elodie Mae, in August 2023. The couple previously welcomed daughter Eliyanah in 2020.
After eight seasons on the show, Rinna announced her RHOBH departure in January 2023. Her exit came after she dealt with drama both on and offscreen throughout season 12.
The former soap opera star has continued to make social media content — those dance videos — while running her Rinna Beauty business. She also appeared on American Horror Stories, So Help Me Todd and in the TV movie Mommy Meanest.
Annemarie made headlines — and not positive ones — after her first, and only, season of the show. Following season 13, she announced her exit in a March 2024 social media post.
Crystal was a RHOBH fixture for three seasons, announcing her departure in April 2024 ahead of season 14. She currently cohosts the "Humble Brag" podcast with Cynthia Bailey.
