- Founder Group (NASDAQ:FGL) said on Wednesday that it has secured a contract with prominent solar installation companies in Malaysia.
- The company secured RM10M contract for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a 30-megawatt large-scale solar photovoltaic plant.
- This project awarded is anticipated to contribute nearly 60,000 Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to the market.
- Upon completion, the solar farm is expected to generate approximately 60,000 MWh of clean energy annually, which is equivalent to offsetting around 40,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
