Speciality ingredients maker Gem Aromatics is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on August 19, 2025, aiming to raise Rs 451.25 crore through a combination of fresh equity issuance and an offer for sale (OFS). It consists of a fresh issue of 53.84 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 175 crore, alongside an offer for sale of 85 lakh shares worth Rs 276.25 crore. The subscription window will remain open until August 21, 2025.
The company has fixed the price band for the issue at Rs 309–325 per share, with a face value of Rs 2 per share.
The minimum application size for retail investors has been set at 46 shares per lot, requiring an investment of Rs 14,214 at the upper end of the price band.
BRLM, registrar details
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors is acting as the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies is the registrar for the issue.
Listing, allotment dates
The IPO tentative finalised on August 22, 2025. Shares of Gem Aromatic are expected to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on August 26, 2025.
