Germanium Mining announces non-brokered private placement

Germanium Mining (OTCPK:EMSKF) has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 2.5 million units at 10 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$250,000.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share of the company at a price of 12 cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
