Global Energy Metals to acquire Luna Energy

Global Energy Metals (OTCQB:GBLEF) will acquire Luna Energy, the company said on Wednesday.
The acquisition will help Global Energy expand its position in the uranium sector with immediate access and direct ownership of a portfolio of highly prospective uranium projects in an under-explored yet mining-friendly jurisdiction all at a time when nuclear power generation and the need for new sources of uranium is experiencing a revival driven by ambitious climate goals and technology demands.
The company expects to complete the transaction by the second half of 2025.
