Granite REIT press release (GRT.UN:CA): Adjusted funds from operations were $75.1 million ($1.23 per unit) in the second quarter of 2025 compared to $73.8 million ($1.17 per unit) in the second quarter of 2024.
Occupancy as at June 30, 2025 was 95.8%, representing an increase of 100 basis points relative to March 31, 2025.
