Hesai Group prices global stock offering

Hesai Group (NASDAQ:HSAI) has announced the pricing of its global offering of 19.55M Class B ordinary shares, which comprises an international offering and a Hong Kong public offering.
The final offering price for both offerings has been set as HK$212.8
