Jessica Alba has a new lease on life — and a hot new man on her arm.
After filing for divorce from Cash Warren, the actress, 44, is “seeing” Danny Ramirez, a source exclusively confirms to Us Weekly.
“They were friends before it turned romantic,” the source shares. “Jessica is still keeping things casual.”
Ramirez, 32, has starred in films including Top Gun: Maverick and Captain America: Brave New World and most recently appeared in season 2 of The Last of Us.
The Marvel actor and Alba “have a lot of mutual friends,” according to the source, including the Honest Company cofounder‘s longtime bestie Eva Longoria.
“They run in the same social circle, and that is how they were connected,” the source explains of the new couple, who “have been keeping things low-key for the last month.”
Alba and Ramirez haven’t been completely stealthy, though: After a trip to Cancun, Mexico, they were spotted boarding a flight home to Los Angeles on Sunday, July 13, wearing baseball caps and sunglasses.
“She is having a lot of fun in this new era. It’s not serious, but she is enjoying time with him,” the source tells Us, adding that the Honey star “isn’t interested” in introducing her and Warren’s three children, Honor, 17, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7, to her new beau just yet.
After all, as the source notes, “Jessica hasn’t been in the dating game for decades, so she is having fun with it right now.”
Us Weekly has reached out to reps for Alba, Ramirez and Longoria for comment.
News broke in January that Alba had split from Warren, 46, after 16 years of marriage, which she subsequently confirmed in a since-deleted Instagram statement.
“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals. We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
A source exclusively told Us at the time that the pair, who met in 2004 on the set of Fantastic Four and wed in 2008, had experienced “many ups and downs” over the years and even “tried therapy.”

Alba and Warren both filed for divorce in February, stating in court documents obtained by Us that they had separated in December 2024. They requested joint custody of their kids.
The estranged couple went on to celebrate Easter as a family in April, and the Sin City star also publicly wished the movie producer a happy Father’s Day in June.
“Jessica and Cash are still intertwined with their business ventures and the kids,” a source told Us in May, adding that the soon-to-be exes “talk often” and remain “good friends.”
