Ivanhoe Mines (OTCQX:IVPAF) rebound slightly on Tuesday in Toronto trading after closing -16.2% on Monday after the company withdrew guidance for its Kamoa-Kakula copper complex in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, whose operations remain suspended.
