Jennifer Aniston's Rumored BF Jim Curtis Opens Up About Mallorca Vacation

Jennifer Aniston’s rumored boyfriend, Jim Curtis, has nothing but positive things to say about the pair’s recent trip to Mallorca, Spain.

“I am back from vacation and what an experience!” Curtis, 49, wrote in a newsletter emailed out on Monday, July 14, according to Page Six. “When I was sick, sad, stuck and in pain I never thought I would have the abundance, joy and love I now experience on a daily basis.”

He continued, “I just took one step, made one decision and the next followed — now I look back and realize, oh! That course, that life change, that pain, resulted in this magic.”

Though Curtis didn’t share any specific details about the trip, he did write that the same life that brings struggle also brings opportunity,” adding, “The possibility of something better — more aligned, more free, more meaningful — is always here.”

Aniston, 56, and Curtis were first linked after they were photographed vacationing in Mallorca over Fourth of July weekend along with Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka.

At the time, a source close to the couple exclusively told Us Weekly that the Aniston and Curtis were set up by a mutual acquaintance and “started off as friends” before the relationship grew into something deeper over time.

The hypnotist and author is the first person Aniston has publicly dated since she and ex-husband Justin Theroux called it quits in 2017 after two years of marriage.

“In an effort to reduce any further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year,” Aniston and Theroux, 53, wrote in a joint statement announcing their split. “We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship. Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly,” the statement continued. “Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else’s fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another.”

Though their marriage was short-lived, Aniston and Theroux started dating in 2011 and announced their engagement in April 2012. The pair’s last public appearance was at Bateman’s induction ceremony for the Hollywood Walk of Fame in July 2017. Aniston was also married to Brad Pitt from July 2000 to October 2005. Curtis, for his part, was prevously wed to Rachel Napolitano. The pair share one son, Aidan.
