Jewelry Designer Kendra Scott Has 3 Kids: Meet Her Sons Amid Engagement

Kendra Scott has been a fixture in women’s jewelry since 2002 — but her role as a mom always comes first.

In fact, when the Texas-based designer launched her men’s line, Scott Bros. by Kendra Scott, in 2021, she turned to her three sons, Cade, Beck and Grey, as her inspiration for the collection.

“She’s had a lot of influential people in her life, many of those are men but none more so than her dad and none more so than her sons,” Kendra Scott CEO Tom Nolan said of the designer during a June 2021 interview with Tribeza.

While it wasn’t until 2021 that Scott created bracelets named after her kids, she has long gushed about parenthood.

“Happy Mother’s Day from my family to yours. 💛,” Scott wrote via Instagram in May 2024. “Being a mother is the most important job in the world, and I’m lucky to be a mom.”

Now that Scott is engaged to country singer Zac Brown — he popped the question in July 2025 — she will be adding five stepchildren to her brood. The musician shares Justice, Lucy, Georgia, Joni and Alexander, with his ex-wife, Shelly Brown.

Cade

Scott became a mother in November 2001, with the birth of her son, Cade, whom she welcomed with first husband John Scott.

Kendra celebrated her eldest son’s graduation from University of Texas, Austin in May 2025. “Beaming with pride at who this young man has become — smart, kind to his core, and thoughtful in every way with a heart overflowing with love. Proud mom alert!” she wrote via Instagram. “Congratulations my sweet Cade and congratulations to the entire @utaustintx Class of 2025!!! 🤘.”

Beck

Kendra and John welcomed their second son, Beck, in April 2004. Two years later, Kendra and John got divorced, according to Austin American-Statesman. In 2018, Beck got in a ski accident that left him hospitalized for 28 days. At the time, Kendra took time off work to be there for her son.

“I built my company on family first,” Kendra said during an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show in 2022. “So when Beck was hurt, the only place I was going to be — and everybody knew it — was next to his bedside.”

Grey

Kendra welcomed her youngest son, Grey, in August 2013 with second husband Matt Davis. Kendra was married to Davis from 2014 to 2020. (Kendra was married a third time to Thomas Evans before she started dating Zac.)

“Happy Birthday to the light of my life, my youngest, the one that keeps us all on our toes,” Kendra wrote via Instagram in August 2024, celebrating Grey’s 11th birthday. “I’m so proud of him — he’s kind, entertaining, athletic, loves his family, and today I’ll admit he’s way better than me at Pickleball. I’m so lucky to be his mom. We love you Grey!”
