Kuwait signed agreements with Saudi Arabia’s ACWA Power and the Gulf Investment Corporation to develop the second and third phases of the Al-Zour North power project, a deal valued at more than 1 billion Kuwaiti dinars ($3.27 billion), Reuters reported Sunday.
