LGI Homes reports 457 closings in June and 1,323 in Q2 2025

LGI Homes (NASDAQ:LGIH) on Thursday announced it closed 457 homes in June 2025, compared to 416 homes closed in May.

For Q2, LGIH said it closed 1,323 homes, down 20.1% from the 1,655 homes closed in Q2 2024.
