LICT’s CentraCom to acquire Gunnison Telephone Company in Utah

LICT Corporation’s (OTCPK:LICT) subsidiary, CentraCom, will acquire Gunnison Telephone Company.

Gunnison serves ~6,700 residents across 1,576 households in Sanpete County, Utah.

The acquisition expands CentraCom’s footprint with adjacent service areas.

Gunnison provides broadband, telephone, and fixed wireless services via fiber, copper, and wireless infrastructure.

The deal is expected to close in December 2025.
