Despite its stellar long-term performance, Hazoor Multi Projects has experienced notable volatility over the past year. The stock recorded a marginal decline of less than 1 per cent in Thursday’s trading session, slipping from Rs 41.27 to Rs 41.48 on BSE.

Over the past five years, the stock price has surged by more than 41,130 per cent, but recent trends show fluctuations. The share price has fallen over 10 per cent in the last month but gained 20 per cent over the past six months. Year-on-year, the stock is down by approximately 17 per cent, while its year-to-date (YTD) performance has declined over 23 per cent in 2025, dropping from Rs 53.43 earlier this year to its current level.

Notably, Hazoor Multi Projects underwent a 1:10 stock bonus issue in 2024. However, the current returns calculation excludes post-bonus adjustments.

Fundraising and Capital Structure Update:

In a filing to the stock exchanges on Wednesday, Hazoor Multi Projects announced that its board approved the allotment of 60,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each, at an issue price of Rs 30 per share. This allotment follows the conversion of 6,000 warrants, which brought in a final payment of Rs 13.5 lakh.

Post this allotment, the company’s issued and paid-up capital stands at Rs 23,00,48,910. The newly issued shares carry the same rights as existing shares. However, the company still has 82,90,950 warrants pending conversion in the future.
