NameSilo acquires ShortURL.at to expand link management, digital identity services

NameSilo Technologies (OTCPK:URLOF) subsidiary has acquired 100% of ShortURL.at, a top-ranked global link shortening platform.
The acquisition supports NameSilo’s strategy to grow its internet infrastructure offerings and recurring revenue.
ShortURL.at will soon integrate custom short link functionality using NameSilo’s domain and DNS infrastructure.
A branded link platform is expected to launch within two weeks as part of the integration.
NameSilo granted 1.03M stock options at $1.40/share (5-year term) and 750,000 RSUs to officers and management.
RSUs will vest after one year, each converting to one common share upon vesting.
