Open Text stock dips on CFO departure

Open Text (NASDAQ:OTEX) has announced the departure of CFO Chadwick Westlake, effective August 15, 2025.
Westlake is returning to his former employer, EQB, following the unexpected passing of its CEO. Cosmin Balota, OpenText's SVP, chief accounting officer, will serve as CFO on an interim basis.
