OSI Systems expands credit facility to $825M, extends maturity to 2030

OSI Systems (NASDAQ:OSIS) increased its senior secured credit facility from $750M to $825M.
The new facility includes a $725M revolving credit line and a $100M term loan.
Maturity has been extended from December 2026 to July 2030.
