Pat McAfee can’t stop talking about the height difference between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
McAfee, 38, analyzed the high heels that Swift, 35, wore on her recent date with Kelce, also 35, during the Monday, June 16, episode of “The Pat McAfee Show.”
“She’s, like, probably [6 feet 2 inches tall],” he said while playing a clip showing the pop star and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end walking out of a room at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida, where they watched the Edmonton Oilers take on the Florida Panthers in the Stanley Cup Finals on June 12. Swift’s all-white outfit came complete with high-heeled boots, but she was still shorter than Kelce.
“She’s very tall to begin with, and then she’s wearing … those are three-inch, four-inch, I don’t know,” McAfee said of the pop star’s shoes.
This wasn’t the first time that McAfee had discussed the couple’s height difference on their date night, as he previously brought it up during the June 13 episode of his talk show.
“I don’t know if you know this, but Travis Kelce is now 10 feet tall,” he joked. “Did you see that last night? Did you see him? Taylor was wearing huge heels, and Travis’ head was hitting off the roof.”
McAfee continued, “Dude might’ve grown this off season. He might be 10 feet tall. ‘Cause Taylor’s very tall. … He might have hit a growth spurt at 30-plus.”
Like many fans around the world, McAfee has long been invested in Swift and Kelce’s romance, which they took public in September 2023. The sports analyst revealed in October 2024 that his wife, Samantha McAfee, often keeps him up to date on the latest news about the pair.
“My wife is a massive fan of your lady, so I get updates on all the s**t,” he told Kelce on the NFL star’s “New Heights” podcast. “‘Here’s [them] having dinner with Wolverine and Deadpool’ and then you’re out [somewhere else]. At this point, do you still understand?”
While fans are typically tracking the couple’s every move, Swift and Kelce have kept a mostly low profile since Super Bowl LIX in February, with only a few public date nights in Philadelphia, Nashville and Florida. A source exclusively shared with Us Weekly why they decided to take a break from the spotlight.
“They are making fewer public appearances together because [their relationship] brings too much unwanted attention,” the insider said. “There isn’t trouble in paradise.”

Kelce temporarily moved to Florida to train for the upcoming NFL season, and Swift has been spending much of her time with him in the Sunshine State, a second source revealed.
“Florida has been the perfect escape for them,” the insider said. “Taylor has been coming and going to Florida and is still spending a lot of her time in NYC.”
A third source shared, “She is trying to spend as much time with him as she can by going to Boca. They are doing stuff separately out of necessity because of his training, but when they find time to connect, it’s intentional and meaningful.”
