Acclaimed Indian actors Rashmika Mandanna and Tiger Shroff on Monday (September 8) attended a special fan screening of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle, the latest instalment of the globally-renowned anime series Demon Slayer.
At the event, which was organised by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment India, Rashmika delighted fans in an ensemble inspired from the anime and paid homage to siblings Tanjiro and Nezuko. Tiger, on the other hand, wore a Zenitsu-inspired jacket.
When asked about their favourite battle scenes, Tiger mentioned the Zenitsu versus Kaigaku scene, while Rashmika mentioned the Akaza versus Giyu and Tanjiro fight sequence.
Meanwhile, as a major highlight, the venue of the screening featured an inflatable figure of Tanjiro as well as character standees.
Tickets for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle are now open across theatres in India. Notably, the film is releasing on September 12 on more than 750 screens nationwide across all formats — the widest release ever for an anime film in India.
