The Schwab Trading Activity Index ("STAX") rose to 43.69 in the four-week period ended Aug. 24, 2025, from 41.79 in the prior month, but still ranked "moderate low" compared with historic averages, brokerage giant Charles Schwab (NYSE:SCHW) said
