Scott Wolfs temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, was tentatively dismissed this week after the exes reached a deal in their ongoing divorce, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

According to court records obtained by Us, on Thursday, July 17, a proposed order was submitted that would dismiss the restraining order and adopt a temporary stipulation and agreement that Scott, 57, and Kelley, 48, had worked out.

Based on the records, it does not appear that the proposed court order has been signed by the judge yet.

Sources close to Kelley tell Us she will be seeing their children next week with a guardian ad litem present. Court records show the guardian was appointed by the court earlier this month.

As Us first reported, Scott filed for a temporary restraining order against Kelley, days after filing for divorce, on June 24.

The petition, which included an affidavit by the Party of Five alum, was sealed, but the court order was initially made public.

In the order, the judge granted Scott’s request and ordered Kelley not to have any contact with him or their three kids, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, until a future court hearing.

The order said Kelley had “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”

In the order, the judge also noted that Kelley allegedly tried to take the three kids out of the country. In addition, the order noted that Kelley’s behavior was “sufficient” for her to have been “detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.”

The court awarded Scott temporary sole custody of their kids and exclusive use of their home in Park City, Utah. At the time, a source told Us, “It’s so sad for the kids, but Kelley is ready to fight like hell for her children.”

The drama between Kelley and Scott erupted in public on June 11 when he announced their split, two days after filing for divorce.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott said in a statement. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

As Us previously reported, Kelley was detained by police while on Instagram live on June 13. She was taken to a hospital and released a short time later.
