Silexion Therapeutics (NASDAQ:SLXN) announced on Thursday the pricing of a public offering of an aggregate of 1.5M of the company’s ordinary shares, series A warrants, and series B warrants at a combined public offering price of $4.00 per share and accompanying warrants.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be $6M.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to advance the company's pre-clinical studies and for general corporate purposes.
Silexion Therapeutics (NASDAQ:SLXN) shares were up more than 30%.
