SITE Centers announces sale of Parker Pavilions for $8.4 million

SITE Centers (SITC) announced on Monday the sale of Parker Pavilions for approximately $8.4 million, prior to closing costs, prorations and other closing adjustments.
The company said a portion of net proceeds was used to repay approximately $6.1 million of mortgage debt.
