Sono Group (NASDAQ:SSM) said CEO George G. O’Leary has resigned, effective immediately, and will help with the transition until the end of the year.
The company said his departure was not related to any disagreements over operations or policies. The Supervisory Board has appointed Kevin McGurn as the new CEO, effective Sept. 9.
